About The Position

We are looking for HR Generalist for Flying Wild Hog – Warsaw. If you are an experienced and self-motivated team player who wants to help us create a Hog's culture, manage core HR activities like recruit new Hogs, create employment contracts, take care of benefit system or work with leaders at varying levels of the organization then send your CV and join us!

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple administrative tasks and recruiting processes
  • Collaborate with leads to define recruiting strategies and plans
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
  • Cooperate with a legal department to prepare and complete documents required to obtain a visa and work permit
  • Lead and/or actively participate in HR projects (eg.creation of the feedback’s standards in the organisation)
  • Take on various HR roles in order to support the employees (as a recruiter, coach, mediator or business partner)
  • Manage employees benefits (medical care, sport cards etc.)

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR field and 1 year in a similar position
  • University degree is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think independently, out of the box and proactively solve problems
  • Well organized, detail-oriented and used to work under time pressure
  • Very good practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Experience in video gaming industry or interested in playing games will be a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
