As an Influencer Specialist, you’ll be RiftGG’s ambassador to everything that has to do with influencers. You will be in charge for building meaningful and impactful relationships with international influencers, seek out new talent, negotiate and closely follow up the work they produce.

You are an active member of the esports community who follows different influencer channels and can easily identify what good and quality content is. You are fanatical about details and have a clear idea of how a brand should be treated in content integrations. You are not afraid to speak your mind and to convey this information to the influencers that you are working with to make sure they execute on what was agreed. You live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit…

You are creative enough to come up with ideas on how to make ad-hoc integrations depending on the influencer, the channel, and the context of the collaboration. You also have the ability to detect, analyze and rapidly change when a given strategy is not working as expected.

You have no problem handling phone or email conversations in English, you are extremely organized and a true team player. You are a perfectionist and always seeking to make the most out of our influencer partnerships.

Some of your daily tasks will be: reach out to influencers all around the world to establish either one-shot or continued partnerships, work with influencers to determine what is the content that will make the most impact on their audience and at the same time, achieve our marketing goals, make sure that influencers fulfill everything that was agreed, explore new channels and talents as they come along, optimize the acquisition cost coming from the influencer channel, etc.

Background:

  • At least 1-year experience in handling influencer relations.
  • Strong knowledge of the videogame industry.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced level of English (part of the interview will be done in English, so please only apply if you are confident on your level of English).
  • Well organized with great time-management skills.
  • Knowledge on Social Advertising using channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, Google Ads, etc.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and relationship building skills.
  • Deep understanding on influencer marketing.
  • Passion for branded content and marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactivity, initiative & team work.
