Job Description

FirstBlood is seeking a full-time Product Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating current company’s products and performing market research. You will also analyze customers and market data. You will work closely with the product, design and marketing team, ensuring analytics are delivered in a timely manner. Occasionally, you will be required to provide insights in the latest trends of the industry and come up with recommendations that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure the overall product strategy is being executed in a timely and effective manner
Assist in the deployment of new products
Build and maintain data dashboards for both businesswide interests as well as for specific business units
Provide data-driven insights on product releases, and reporting on successes/failures of such releases
Lead surveying and user testing efforts in conjunction with Marketing and Design teams

Skills

Ability to quickly understand our product, users, and their needs
Experience defining and supporting digital products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work as part of a fully remote team
Experience with user testing
Experience with Mixpanel and Google Analytics
Advanced knowledge of Data Analytics tools
