Job Description

FirstBlood is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Markets for the Director of Business Development. The BDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact. Working in collaboration with your peers, the BDR objective is to identify and create qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Produce a high volume of quality outreach using cold emails, Twitter and LinkedIn to prospective clients with the help of Seamless.ai
  • Generate meetings for Director of Business Development by establishing interest with prospects through high-level discussions over email
  • Understand customer KPIs and correlate business value to customer needs
  • A strong organization with outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update prospect information within Outreach.io
  • Provide Director of Business Development with detailed dialogue notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined
  • Work with the team to develop client presentations and partnership documents required for execution, including quarterly updates, monthly reports, status documents, and creative concepts

Must-Have(s):

  • 2 years or more of experience in sales or selling related role
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Experience with sales outreach tools such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, etc Preferred
  • Highly organized and documented communication
  • A strong understanding of gaming and esports is a big plus
