The Role

Our studio is looking for a Senior Producer - Characters who is incredibly excited about games and bringing exceptional entertainment to millions of players. You are responsible for evangelizing our development philosophy, refining our processes, keeping us focused, and connecting the dots that inform our successes and failures. In addition, you are a strong advocate for keeping our projects predictable, on time, within budget, and as accurately scoped as possible.

  • Your knowledge of the discipline of game industry production is thorough enough that you’re capable of successfully developing producers with less experience than you into stronger teammates.

  • You are an active listener, aren’t afraid to ask questions, and are eager to help a team get more organized, or to communicate better.

  • You find time to play video games and empathize deeply with our players, because you are a gamer at heart.

  • You know how to coordinate and communicate between internal and external development teams.

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Working with several teams and discipline Leads to determine and define scope for a new Characters, building scenarios for the road ahead based on that information.

  • Running a meeting to come to alignment on a major feature decision.

  • Informing updates to the project roadmap based off new information you've absorbed from several teams.

  • Preparing a clear list of work to drive the prioritization and negotiation of a collaborative cross-functional milestone plan.

  • Identifying blocking issues or misalignment, proposing solutions, driving towards a solve while communicating with all the stakeholders to ensure communication with all stakeholders.

  • Playing the game in a playtest and discussing your experience and impressions with your teammates.

  • Driving review meetings, organizing feedback, while tracking and prioritizing action items and tasks.

  • Working with leadership to improve a critical process, gathering feedback and driving alignment across multiple disciplines.


  • You have a strong understanding of content creation pipelines and their dependencies

  • You build cross team collaboration with ease, supporting other leads and producers working on Characters

  • You have shipped at least one AAA title, or equivalent game development experience

  • You are very experienced with at least one software development production process

  • You have expert level understanding of at least one project tracking software suite such as Jira, TFS, Shotgrid, or Hansoft
