We are seeking a full-time, onsite IT manager for our offices in Los Angeles. In this position, you will provide hardware and software setup and technical support to our staff of approximately 50 people. You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing security best practices for our technology. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our players, who are some of the biggest gaming livestreamers in the world.

Detailed breakdown of responsibilities and skills:

Proficiency with Google Suite and services, focusing on administration
- Deep knowledge of best practices and advanced settings
- Experience with scripting and API usage for these services
- Integration of these services with software like Outlook, Thunderbird, and other clients
Experience supporting Mac and Windows systems and major software including:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Conga
- NetSuite
Experience administering web-based tools including:
- Slack
- Shopify
- Monday.com
- Dropbox
- Box.com
- 1Password
- Docusign
Experience and proficiency setting up and maintaining office hardware including:
- Ethernet switches and WAPs
- IoT devices
- Sonos
- Office keycard and security systems
- Wifi cameras
- VoIP telephony
- Mac and Windows laptops and workstations
- iOS and Android mobile devices
Experience and proficiency with gaming machine setup and maintenance
- PC and console (XBox, Playstation) setup for gaming
- Livestreaming software (OBS) support
- Dedicated, high-speed Internet setup
Strong knowledge and experience with security best practices:
- Document backup and retention
- Phishing, spam, and attack mitigation
- Secure, strong credential policies and management
- Social media security and access control
