About the Position

The Brand Manager position will report to our office in Culver City, California, remote as of now, where they will help manage the day to day operations of client experience and brand building creation. This position will play an important role in the success of Fanjoy by ensuring our clients and partners experience incredible product designs, seamless production, clear collection timelines, and successful campaigns. Brand Managers get the opportunity to work with the best of the best, exercise creativity and ownership, plus, have a great time doing so.

Your Skills

  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in client management. This is a heavily client-facing role, so expertise here is a must.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. Brand managers work with multiple clients at any given time–if you’re not hyper-organized and able to prioritize, you will fall behind.
  • Ability to work in both individual and group settings. You’ll be working 1-on-1 with clients and collaborating internally with other departments (i.e.; creative, business development, and purchasing).
  • Proactive work ethic. An ability to plan 2-3 steps ahead will make your job easier and increase client satisfaction.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit. Our team is continually raising the bar with new ideas and solutions.
  • Open, authentic communication style.
  • Strong interest in working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.

Your Role

  • Support brand conceptualization from ideation to launch. You’ll play a role in shaping your client’s brands from initial brainstorms to product creation, collection launches, social media game plans, and more.
  • Manage production of client merchandise.
  • Strategize to achieve client sales goals and profit margin targets.
  • Manage product collections on the website.
  • Review & analyze client data to better understand what’s working well, and how you and your clients can improve in the future.
  • Oversee brand strategy, including the planning of special events, social media support, product launch timelines, and more.
  • Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
