FanFit Gaming is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our Ecommerce team team as a Digital Marketing + Partnerships Manager. This role combines relationship building and digital marketing to create lasting, big picture partnerships at a corporate level with top gaming influencers in North America, while bringing brand awareness to gamers in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance-marketing activities, including media buying and optimization of paid digital channels
  • Work within budget to develop creative content and optimize/scale digital channels
  • Maximize ROI of all marketing activities and have the creative ability to constantly improve performance
  • Identify + secure sponsorship or partnership opportunities with influencers and brands
  • Maintain and manage existing partnerships
  • Inbound SEO, Outbound SEO, SERP, SEM, PPC, Email, Content Creation
  • Monitor and report on performance
  • Own the KPIs of ecommerce user acquisition, AOV, and retention
  • Stay up to date with the fast paced eSports world

Requirements

  • Knowledge and proficiency as well as at least 1 year hands-on experience with the execution and optimization of campaigns on Facebook advertising and Google AdWords.
  • Experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel and Analytics.
  • Intrapreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, versatile, take initiative and be result orientated.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and web analytics tools
