The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of production to support the business needs. You will be responsible for helping the Production Teams deliver on its goals. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different teams and have strong leadership skills.
You will continuously improve our projects offering through close partnership with teams (such as QA, producers, Game designers and Artists) leveraging the innovation of tools and technology, giving technical support and proactively improving ways of working. This position requires working cross-functionally with games.
A passion for gaming and delivering the highest standards of a product are a must! This role requires a data-driven, innovative leader that will identify opportunities to influence and optimize our games quality, you will be "rolling up your sleeves" to work in the details and day-to-day product development. You should be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills to influence multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide necessary oversight and support in the projects execution
- Identify opportunities for improvement within our processes, align with partners, and implement.
- Works with QA, Producer, Artists and Designers to determine support needs and giving the technical support to those needs
- Push forward projects and initiatives that provide greater business value.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-one meetings to ensure the team understands current team status and performance.
- Assure our products' quality.
- Peer support and mentorship.
- Ensure a healthy, motivated, and positive team environment, addressing issues and providing feedback where necessary in a timely manner.
- Be a role model by adhering to and living our company values – lead by example.
Skills Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in digital products.
- People management experience in a diverse, inclusive environment.
- Work with and influence others outside of direct responsibility to achieve shared goals.
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels.
- Comfort and confidence with switching focus between the day-to-day details vs. looking at the big picture and envisioning the farther future.
- Ability to use, visualize & understand data to make informed decisions & take smart risks.
