Fanatee is looking for someone to help develop the communities from its games. We want people to assist our players throughout their gaming experience, guide them through features and functionalities, and create different types of campaigns to create engagement with players and improve their retention.

We need someone that wants to understand what is required to create, grow and engage with communities, as we're the first to put players at the center of our days in order to help develop retention strategies, meeting all the needs of both our products and our players.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Analyze and report product issues.
  • Keep track of useful data from customers.
  • Expose feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Share needs and solutions from users to help the development of the product.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product team.
  • Reply and interact with customers on social media - both public and private messages, throughout many platform.
  • Identify Social Media trends that could be useful for our brands.
  • Help the team create content for our Social Media channels

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communication or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent professional knowledge of English and at least one more of the following: Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Japanese or Korean. Knowledge of more languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-driven orientation.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ideally, a love for mobile, word and trivia games.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and social media is a plus.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools is a plus.
