As a QA Automation Engineer at FACE IT, you will be our analytical gatekeeper of quality, creating test plans, working closely with our Development, Customer Support and Product Teams. The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses excellent problem solving abilities and has a diverse set of technical skills both in software testing and automation scripting.

You must be a strong communicator, have an excellent eye for detail and a structured approach. Your willingness to listen and improve, passionate spirit, and team-first mindset will help us level up on our processes and deliver to our users the best experience possible.

Required Skills

• Have demonstrable experience in a QA automation role
• Be an expert in either Selenium or Cucumber
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs, MongoDB and cloud infrastructures (Amazon AWS preferred).
• Ability to create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Be capable of prioritising workload in a high pressured and time constrained environment
• Be a hands-on problem solver with a willingness to do whatever it takes to complete an objective
• Experience in testing web applications using both Gray-box and Black-box testing

Desirable

• Gaming Passion is a plus
• Previous start-up experience is a plus

Education

• BSc in Computer Science or other relevant technical qualification
