As a Customer Service Representative you are the voice of the company and also the first point of contact for our player community. You will use our ticket system to answer a wide range of customer inquiries relating to our platform, and encourage loyalty by providing our players with an unrivaled service

Responsibilities:

  • Get to know our platform inside out so you can answer any questions from our player community
  • Work closely with other departments e.g. give feedback to our development team and report bugs to colleagues

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least one year in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are open, friendly and a genuine team player
  • Ability to retain an overview even when there you have a high level of inbound enquiries

Desirable:

  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Knowledge of languages other than English is an advantage
  • Ideally you are a gamer yourself and are passionate about the games on our platform
