To support Sales by planning and managing a growing number of advertising and sponsorship campaigns for the business. Liaising with key personnel internally as well as inside clients to ensure effective execution of our commercial partner’s campaigns.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Manage all delivery and set up of partner activity on the companies platform
  • Monitor campaign performance and weighting to ensure optimised delivery
  • Liaise with partners to ensure key collateral is received and on specification
  • Work with cross department in house teams to meet campaign deadlines and execution metrics
  • Provide detailed reporting based on campaign KPI’s through DFP and Internal metric tools
  • Work with the VP of Sales to ensure company pipeline is fulfilled successfully and on time
  • Provide insights into key performance to improve client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong and proactive communicator with a focus on quality, detail and time management;
  • Handle multiple tasks with a positive and common sense approach;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Knowledge of ad-serving softwares will be a plus;
  • Passion and understanding of online gaming and eSports is a plus.

Experience

  • Experience within a previous marketing campaign management role would be a plus.
