We are looking for an experienced Brand Partnership manager to join our company.

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the Marketing and Media team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the brand partnership revenue in the focus region to ensure targets are met year on year.
  • Aid in the development of commercial strategies including sponsor attraction with full accountability of new business development, partner management and new revenue stream generation.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and concluding sponsorship agreements and ensuring the appropriate drafting of contracts for the sale of sponsorship packages.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure company pipeline is fulfilled successfully and on time
  • Identify, prioritise, and execute against opportunities that will support FACEIT’s commercial objectives
  • Prepare and give pipeline reviews to the senior management team during sales meetings
  • Assist in the set up of partner activity on the company’s platform and within the company’s media products.
  • Ensure streamlined processes on sales efforts including negotiating campaign pricing and deliverables, creation of sales agreements and contracts, collecting contract signatures and where applicable aiding finance on receivables.
  • Utilise company CRM to provide constant visibility of progress with clients/leads/prospects
  • Liaise with partners to ensure marketing collateral required for any campaigns is received and on specification
  • Work with cross department in house teams to help develop a stronger value proposition for partners.
  • Work towards and be accountable for quarterly Sales Targets as set out, and agreed in writing with yourself and the CBO.
  • Where required, attend client-facing meetings or trade shows.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience and proven track record in delivering success within brand partnership.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial rights packaging coupled with an impressive Rolodex of brand clients.
  • Innovative, creative partnership builder with experience in developing brands and marketing strategies for long-term revenue growth.
  • Strong management skills and excellent leadership qualities with the ability to grow and motivate a team.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and unshakeable under pressure
  • Results driven: thrives on challenge with a hunter mentality
  • Strong influencing skills: persuasive, able to win the support of others.
