As a Faceit Account Manager you will be a part of our growing commercial partnership team, responsible for supporting sales efforts, creating marketing campaigns and working with clients such as Visa, Gucci, Samsung or Red Bull to ensure that deliverables are met and KPI’s are achieved. In addition to Faceit’s gaming platform, we have a media team that produces some of the largest esports competitions across North America and Europe. Faceit’s integrated sponsorships span across all business verticals with packages that include, community-driven platform activations, league partnerships and production of premium branded esports content.

What will you be doing?

  • Being the central ‘cog’ in the team identifying any actions and completing them in a timely manner, ensuring that accounts are run as smoothly as possible
  • Being the day to day contact for partners
  • Support senior members of the team
  • Support on strategizing and collaborating with brand partners, their agencies and internal stakeholders to create fully integrated marketing programs that meet client and company goals
  • Relying data, measurement and insight effectively, both internally and externally

Relationships:

  • Have existing relationships with key decision makers (client direct, agency representatives, etc.)
  • A current knowledge of gaming and esports ecosystems
  • Knowledge of the sponsorship and advertising/media marketplaces
  • Capacity to understand complex organizations, identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand internal processes and identify opportunities to expand the partnership

Initiative and problem solving:

  • Entrepreneurial by nature, with desire to prospect new clients and categories, generate leads and onboard clients
  • Ability to present value proposition effectively in-person, on the phone, and via video conference
  • Clearly articulate value positions and present integrated marketing programs to clients
  • Management of multiple brand touch points, managing communication with agencies and marketing teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with executives, interdepartmental teams and external clients
  • Implementing processes and practices across the partnerships team

So, what are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, sponsorship, business development, or related fields
  • London based preferred
  • Track record of success in maximizing partnership revenue and profitability across multiple products and offerings
  • Developed client management skills
  • Strong presentation abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Capacity for creative and innovative thinking for successful brand marketing
  • Leader and self-starter with the ability to manage time, prioritize work within a team
  • Willingness to travel including cross country and occasionally on weekends
