Today, there are over a dozen games and expansions available for purchase: Exploding Kittens, Bears vs Babies, You’ve Got Crabs, Throw Throw Burrito, On a Scale of One to T-Rex, Poetry for Neanderthals A Game of Cat & Mouth, Tacocat Spelled Backwards, A Little Wordy, as well as mobile app games Kitty Letter and Exploding Kittens, one of the top 30 premium games on both iOS and Android.

Exploding Kittens is looking to hire a Localization Coordinator to join our International Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the translation and localization of the copy for Exploding Kittens games and products, websites and related assets. Our ideal candidate understands our international community and customers, is in tune with global cultures and languages and can present our products in way that appeals to our international community.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Project manage all localization projects, coordinating internally with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Art and Production & Logistics teams and communicate externally with vendors and customers
  • Develop and own end-to-end project plans, localization processes and workflows, including timelines, budgets and quality assurance
  • Assign, monitor and measure translation work, while communicating with stakeholders
  • Maintain language assets including glossaries, style guides and trademarks
  • Triage, escalate and resolve localization and internationalization issues
  • Build methodologies and playbooks to improve and ensure the efficiency of the localization process

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a flexible, problem solving attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and GSuite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Proficient in English, proficiency in German, French, Italian or Spanish a plus
  • Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
