We are looking to hire a People & Culture Manager who will be responsible for the development of our People & Culture department, building a positive work environment and exploring initiatives that will aid the well-being of our team. The People & Culture Manager will also focus on employees' performance and development, and creating the best operational processes to fit our culture.

Responsibilities

  • Human resources management, including performance development, staff onboarding, salary research, contract management, and recruitment
  • People management and cultural development strategic support across the company
  • Upgrade our existing human resource software
  • Implementing a people strategy that support EXCEL ESPORTS vision & growth plans
  • Developing creative methods of growing employee satisfaction
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Building a structure to recruit the best people in the market
  • Creating an effective training and development plan
  • Manage a framework for performance reviews to support personal and cultural development
  • Ensure that diversity & inclusion is embedded and actioned in everything we do
  • Develop a wellbeing strategy for all EXCEL employees

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Human resources supervisory position
  • Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws : UK specifically, experience with EU or in particular Germany is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • HR software platforms
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilience and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’ Degree in related business field
