The position

We are seeking an intern to join our activation management team (Client Services dept.) where they will learn about and assist with the deployment of branded campaigns featuring our clients. You’ll be directly supporting agents who source and negotiate these opportunities, as well as working with talent and their representatives to ensure the successful execution of their activations. Following the completion of a campaign, the activation management team coordinates with our back office to ensure our clients get paid in a timely fashion and are happy with the campaign.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be tracking and otherwise involved in multiple projects simultaneously, often at different stages, while relaying information between all of the parties involved. This internship has the potential to become a full-time offer, so the ideal candidate will be one who shows an ability to rapidly take on increasingly sophisticated projects and client-facing responsibilities as they grow.

This is a three month long, full-time, paid internship starting June 2021.

What you’ll be doing

  • Learning the ropes under our Head of Client Services, then:
    • Developing a deep familiarity with our roster, assisting our agents with brand pitches by making educated talent suggestions, and helping to assemble tailored decks and other pitch materials.
    • Building structured activation sheets for talent & their teams containing key dates and deliverables. Assisting agents with kick-offs, meticulously tracking deliverable completion and answering talent questions as they arise.
    • Working with the back office for campaign logistics (agreement review, CRM activity logging, invoicing).
    • Assisting with the creation of campaign success reports, case studies and talent decks.
    • Proactively collecting information from talent and their respective agents regarding their goals and needs as it relates to brand partnerships.

Preferred criteria

  • Basic understanding of the digital content creator ecosystem.
  • Passionate about the gaming/digital entertainment industry.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive planner, and methodical record keeper.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, solve problems, engage in critical thinking and anticipate needs.
  • Based out of Los Angeles, CA
