About Us

Evolved is the world’s leading esports agency, founded in 2016 with the objective of transforming esports player rights globally and setting a high standard for player representation. Evolved also represents many of the world’s largest gaming content creators. We help these talented individuals thrive and grow in their pursuits.

We’re at the forefront of digital entertainment. Our growing team consists of bright and ambitious people who share our passion and commitment towards supporting our clients in their success while contributing to the advancement of our industry as a whole.

The position

We are seeking an intern to join our thriving Brand Partnerships team who work on integrating our talent into campaigns with brands, agencies and publishers we work with on a daily basis. You’ll be directly supporting agents who source and negotiate these opportunities, as well as working directly with the talent and the other departments at Evolved. At times, you will coordinate with our back office to ensure our clients get paid in a timely fashion.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you will be tracking and otherwise involved in multiple projects simultaneously, often at different stages, while relaying information between all of the parties involved. This internship has the potential to become a full-time offer, so the ideal candidate will be one who shows an ability to rapidly take on increasingly sophisticated projects and responsibilities as they grow.

This is a three month long, full-time, paid internship. You must have graduated college or have professional experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Learning the ropes within the Brand Partnerships department, then:
  • Developing a deep familiarity with our roster, assisting our agents with pitches by making educated talent suggestions, and helping to assemble tailored decks and other pitch materials.
  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for the agents in the department. Assisting agents with meeting prep, campaign kick-offs, meticulously tracking action items, and answering talent questions as they arise.
  • Joining agents on pitch meetings (calls, in-person meetings and eventually events), recording key project information, and learning from the agents.
  • Working with the back office for project/talent logistics (CRM activity logging, invoicing, etc).
  • Assisting with the collection of data and eventually creation of talent pitch decks and reports.
  • Collaborating with colleagues within and out of the department to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.

Preferred criteria

  • Good understanding of the digital content creator ecosystem.
  • Passionate about the gaming/digital entertainment industry.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive planner, and methodical record keeper.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, solve problems, engage in critical thinking and anticipate needs.
  • Bonus: Any prior experience working in an assistant or administrative capacity, or law school education.

Please note: You must be based within the Greater Los Angeles area, as office presence may be requested in the future (Westside LA). This will begin as a remote position.

Evolved is an equal opportunity employer, we greatly value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
