As the Operations and Facilities Coordinator, you will be a valuable contributor in managing the day-to-day operations of the Evil Geniuses’ HQ in Seattle by creating a safe and efficient work environment for employees, talent, and office visitors. Your efforts will improve business performance and optimize staff productivity while also providing exceptional service. You will also be responsible for holding the team and staff accountable to COVID-19 best practice protocols.

This role will report to our Chief Culture Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all who enter EG’s Seattle facility, ensuring superior customer service and support for staff members, talent, vendors, and office guests
  • Support EG’s “Return to Work” efforts by tracking facility buildout needs, partnership implementation, technology and streaming services, COVID protocols, and more
  • Coordinate the operation, maintenance, and security of EG’s Seattle facility by:1) Monitoring and tracking all facility services and their effectiveness including custodial, life-safety, engineering, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and general maintenance; and 2) providing support for the physical security of our Seattle facility, including CCTV systems, security officers, and all related security processes and procedures, as well as compliance with all safety and security protocols
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, managers, and vendors
  • Partner with the Technology team to ensure all IT needs are met for the facility
  • Support the implementation of a safety/emergency preparedness and disaster recovery program and oversee all ongoing programs and communications relating to this including training staff on safety procedures
  • Assist with intra-day cleanup and sanitization of facility, including: 1) setting up and maintaining sanitization equipment; and 2) cleaning high frequency areas throughout the day
  • Ensure adherence to COVID-19 health and cleanliness protocols including: 1) completing scheduled temperature checks of staff and talent; 2) regular logging and reporting of compliance/sanitization activity; and 3) enforcement of on the ground accountability for non-compliance with protocols
  • Coordinate mail service for staff members
  • Monitor the use and inventory of equipment, food, maintenance supplies, etc. and initiate reordering when necessary
  • Manage EG’s kitchen and panties ensuring equipment is clean and operational, meals are received and delivered appropriately, and pantry is stocked
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including the Culture Team to assist in company and community events to enhance employee experience
  • Take on ad hoc projects during down time to help the team

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong intrapersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to adjust style to multiple personality types
