As the Team Administrator at Evil Geniuses, you’ll be integral to the continued success of our most important resource, our player talent, by helping them reach their potential in and out of competition. Working as the Team Administrator at Evil Geniuses means that you’ll always be presented with a variety of new possibilities as you continue to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

LCS Front Office Responsibilities

  • Ability to constantly reassess team composition viability and available player options
  • High level capacity and roadmap planning
  • Establishing and manage team/player goals, strategy, scheduling, and issue resolution
  • Tracking team roster risks and issues; support the GM in developing and managing risk mitigation plans
  • Building trusting, collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders to achieve key business objectives
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to maintain valid visas for all talent and ensure proper flight schedules and talent attendance
  • Responsible for all communication and interactions with Riot on gameday

Team Management/Logistics Responsibilities

  • Effectively and efficiently planning and prioritize team and talent schedules to ensure all deliverables necessary are met
  • Maintaining team training programs, policies, and procedures with the Team Coach and General Manager
  • Manage team calendar, tournament participation requirements, and team schedule
  • Support EG operations at public facing venues - i.e. fan meets, merchandising PoS at LAN, giveaways, custom sponsor activations, etc.
  • Traveling with teams and talent to support bootcamps, LAN competition, organizational activations, and sponsor activations
  • Responsible for ensuring players are fed and rested during training and competition while also working to foster good personal health practices by talent
  • Responsible for ensuring talent remain compliant at all times with good behavior policies

LCS Facility Management

  • Maintain inventory at EG’s LA facility
  • Coordinate cleaning, food, and health & wellness vendors schedules and space at EG’s LA facility
  • Ensure adherence to COVID-19 health and cleanliness protocols
  • Assist with intra-day cleanup and sanitation of facility

Requirements

  • Must have a flexible schedule; willing and able to work long or atypical hours
  • Access to personal transportation is highly preferred
  • Physical requirements – ability to lift and transport items and equipment on a regular basis
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited university preferred
  • Two years’ experience in esports team management preferred
  • Proven ability to multi-task and interact with a variety of stakeholders
  • Understanding of business and functional requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
  • Strong emotional maturity
