We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will help to organize and run day-to-day operations of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the hiring process, helping with the job positions posts, review of resumes, telephone interviews and coordination of the process.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
  • Manage payroll, personnel databases and monthly invoices.
  • Provide support with creating reports, presentations, scheduling, planning, etc.
  • Daily assistance with office management and minor procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel,…).
  • Extremely organized with strong prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Degree in Information Management, Business Management, Financial Controlling or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Additional considerations (Pluses):

  • Experience in the game industry.
  • Familiarity with “The Horus Heresy: Legions” game.
