WHO WE ARE

EVENTOLOGY is a growing platform dedicated to bringing a new dimension of interaction and engagement to fan events around the world. Our app, FAN GURU, is used by conventions and expos to provide a digital guide for attendees along with chats, challenges and competitions throughout the event. FAN GURU will power over 200 events in 2019 with opportunities to accelerate our growth in the coming years. Our target market is Comic, Anime, Gaming & Esports conventions—which we call C.A.G.E.

YOUR ROLE

> Sell our Event Platform to Event Managers of C.A.G.E. events nationally

> Sell our Shopping Portal to Vendor Partners nationally

> Sell in-App Advertising to brands within the C.A.G.E. space

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

> Connecting with Event Managers of potential event clients for our products, working from leads derived from our database

> Connecting with Vendors of products we want to feature in our Commerce Shop, working from leads derived from our database

> Connecting with Brands within the C.A.G.E. community for potential advertising opportunities, working from leads provided by our business development team

> Following up with all Inbound Sales leads in a timely manner

> Re-initiating contact with Renewal Clients

> Leading negotiations with potential clients, providing initial terms and proposals

> Closing the sale by receiving a signed Partnership Agreement

> Making a formal handoff to the internal department who will manage the relationship

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

> At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, including cold calling

> Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

> Excellent written and verbal communication skills

> Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport

> Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

> Self-managing

> Located in the Dallas area

BONUS POINTS FOR

> Experience in selling software or tech products

> Experience using a CRM, including use of automations

> Being a C.A.G.E. Fan or having a solid understanding of our audience
