WHO WE ARE
EVENTOLOGY is a growing platform dedicated to bringing a new dimension of interaction and engagement to fan events around the world. Our app, FAN GURU, is used by conventions and expos to provide a digital guide for attendees along with chats, challenges and competitions throughout the event. FAN GURU will power over 200 events in 2019 with opportunities to accelerate our growth in the coming years. Our target market is Comic, Anime, Gaming & Esports conventions—which we call C.A.G.E.
YOUR ROLE
> Manage relationships with Clients to ensure constant communication and amazing Customer Experience
> Facilitate the success of our Client Events as it relates to use of our products
> Monitor compliance by the Client with the terms of our Agreement
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
> Assisting the client in setting up their Event within our platform
> Answering questions from the client as needed, including providing demos if requested
> Monitoring compliance by the Client by keeping track of milestones and requirements
> Working alongside the Event Guru to ensure our in-App Events look polished and are a good customer experience by completing data entry when needed
> Running reports based on Post Show Surveys and data we collect about the Events
> Working alongside the Sales Lead for a smooth Client handoff
> Re-engaging with Clients with Multi-Year Contracts by keeping track of timelines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
> At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or Customer Service
> Solid computer skills
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport
> Strong organizational skills
> Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
> Self-managing
> Located in the Dallas area

> Experience with customer service in the software or tech product industry
> Experience using a CRM, including use of automations
> Being a C.A.G.E. Fan or having a solid understanding of our audience
