ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital and Social Media Manager, you will facilitate digital and social media strategies, across various projects, clients, and initiatives. You will be responsible for managing internal and external workflows as it relates to Digital and Social Media including reporting, analytics, and strategic planning.

WE NEED YOU TO

  • Serve as a main point-of-contact internally and externally ensuring project and/or client digital and social media deliverables are executed
  • Lead and manage social media scheduling and posting for projects and/or clients
  • Responsible for social media calendar creation and implementation including graphics requests
  • Craft engaging posts, responding to the community via social media channels in a meaningful, impactful, and empathetic manner
  • Create and manage digital and social media reports and analytics as it relates to internal and external key performance indicators
  • Accurately and professionally represent the tone and voice of each unique brand, project, and/or client through social media communication and engagement
  • Be aware of community and ecosystem sentiment, concerns, feedback, communicating to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet project and/or client digital and social media objectives and deliverables
  • Stay on top of trends in marketing, pop culture, and the gaming industry to drive innovation

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years of demonstrated proficiency in leading digital marketing and social media campaigns and/or projects
  • 2+ years of working with internal and/or external stakeholders on social media initiatives that drive community engagement
  • Experience or understanding in social media analytics reporting
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms.
  • Capable of working in a start-up, fast paced, growing environment
  • Remarkable technical, organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with a drive for results, collaboration, and seeing a project through from start to finish
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Experience and proficiency working with Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create new designs and edit existing templates

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in high-stress, time sensitive environments
