We build a title’s competitive community from the ground up, growing it into a unique, professional and world-class Esports operation. We manage all league operations and produce expert live entertainment in-studio or at stadium-sized venues. Job Status: Full-Time

Location: Burbank, CA or Columbus, OH (negotiable)


As the Client Operations Manager for Esports Engine, you will be responsible for servicing our clients by establishing a high level of client satisfaction and streamlined communication channels. This includes, but is not limited to, publisher relations, community management, internal organization, and management of processes for execution, client project management, and on-site client management. This also means developing and establishing strong working relationships with internal groups and partners to ensure epic execution on behalf of our clients. Be prepared to build something great!


  • Acts as the dedicated point of contact for client communications, managing day to day communications with the client and internal teams
  • Engage and communicate with clients on program goals, direction, and vision. Maintain relationships with clients, advising on general program items
  • Monitor and ensure day-to-day client satisfaction and establish epic execution against deliverables
  • Drive organizational excellence in all projects and clients, helping build and execute a robust process for internal organization and deployment of materials to ensure clear and concise deliverables are communicated and understood within the team
  • Identify risks, monitor potential scope creep, and work with internal teams to be proactive, discover, and convey relevant updates
  • Act as liaison between external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure client milestones are on track, stay abreast of roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are met across cross-functional departments.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project management or client relations experience
  • 3+ years of direct experience in working cross-functionally across a global organization
  • Proven organization skills with a proficiency in effectively managing projects and programs from inception to execution
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets with a variety of different stakeholders and inputs
  • Capable of leading meetings and communicating professionally and positively with co-workers and clients
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with potential and current clients
  • Capable of working in a start-up, fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Remarkable technical, organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with a drive for results, collaboration, and seeing a project through from start to finish
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience in Event Production or related field
  • A passion for esports and video games
