Team Leads at Esports Central oversea operations and work closely with the manager to ensure that company standards and policies are carried out. Their main responsibilities include running the space during their shift, offering superior customer service, assisting the floor staff when needed, delegating tasks and reinforcing company standards. As a team lead, it is important to model company guidelines and ensure that the team inherits a sense of teamwork and motivation to grow with Esports Central.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Be honest and communicate openly to the manager about occurrences during a shift.
  • Report back to management about staff performance after shift.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during stressful situations and always act in accordance to company policies.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure that all tasks are carried out fully and properly.
  • Give positive reinforcement to staff members and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Follow up with staff members to ensure superior customer service.
  • Create a sense of teamwork and responsibility to all staff members.
  • Comply with existing safety policies and procedures as required when executing duties as it relates to use of equipment
  • Follow health and sanitation guidelines.
  • Execute store operations during shift.
  • Offer superior customer service without compromising company standards and rules.
  • Organize opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and be in charge of different area including PC, Consoles, VR, SIM racing etc.
  • Improve and maintain product knowledge through learning and training
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize and work under tight timelines
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to clients/gamers
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience as manager or a supervising position
  • At least 1 year experience as a Sale representative
  • Veloce POS knowledge is a plus
  • GGLeap knowledge is a plus

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Must have knowledge in gaming hardware

Job Type:
