Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Present the inventory and products; offer superior customer service to all visitors/customers
  • Responsible for the sales of all gaming devices and accessories within the scope of responsibilities
  • Supervise and be in charge of different area of the arena, including PC, Consoles, VR SIM racing sections etc.
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Coordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings with Floor Manager
  • Improve and maintain product knowledge through learning and training
  • Ability to build a personal computer is an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service/sales/direct marketing is an asset
  • Well-organized, able to prioritize and work under tight timelines
  • Comply with existing safety policies and procedures as required when executing duties as it relates to use of equipment
  • Maintain the cleaning standards of the area and gaming devices
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service to clients/gamers
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Assist tournament organizer with event planning if needed
  • Assist marketing coordinator/sale executive if needed
  • Maintain flexibility and openness to do tasks as needed or required
  • Check stock of equipment and inform management of shortages
