Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Present the inventory and products; offer superior customer service to all visitors/customers
- Responsible for the sales of all gaming devices and accessories within the scope of responsibilities
- Supervise and be in charge of different area of the arena, including PC, Consoles, VR SIM racing sections etc.
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs
- Coordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings with Floor Manager
- Improve and maintain product knowledge through learning and training
- Ability to build a personal computer is an asset
- Previous experience in customer service/sales/direct marketing is an asset
- Well-organized, able to prioritize and work under tight timelines
- Comply with existing safety policies and procedures as required when executing duties as it relates to use of equipment
- Maintain the cleaning standards of the area and gaming devices
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service to clients/gamers
- Ability to work well independently or in a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Assist tournament organizer with event planning if needed
- Assist marketing coordinator/sale executive if needed
- Maintain flexibility and openness to do tasks as needed or required
- Check stock of equipment and inform management of shortages
