Esports Arena is hiring for a Marketing Director to lead all marketing efforts. Esports Arena is looking for an individual that is nimble, excited and motivated to find ways to utilize traditional and non-traditional marketing to support quick growth and expansion.

About Esports Arena: Esports Arena is North America’s first dedicated esports facility. Launching in September 2015, it’s roots have always been video gaming competitions. Since day one of opening, Esports Arena has provided top tier competitive play for every day video gamers, and the professional esports athlete. Now with seven locations and a presence on the Las Vegas Strip, Esports Arena is growing rapidly bringing the esports experience to everyone, and building a foundation for what is, and what will be, the fastest growing sport in the world.

Job Duties:

  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Work directly with the Director of Sales and Esports
  • Create and execute current and future marketing strategies for Esports Arena as a brand, while building brand equity
  • Grow Esports Arena's audience by developing and executing strategies across social media and PR
  • Develop Go To Market plans for product launches
  • Own and manage the marketing budget directly with the CFO
  • Provide in depth post campaign and ROI analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing or another related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a relevant brand marketing position
  • Experience in creating and executing the full lifecycle of marketing strategies, preferably in launching new products or services
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of individuals, while hitting deadlines and KPI’s
