We are seeking outgoing and engaging Coordinators to market their assigned night of the week by effectively disseminating approved information to their designated esports community.

SCOPE:

The Coordinator together with other ESALV team members will be responsible for increasing venue attendance and build a loyal community following via networking, intelligent social media marketing, ticket sales and assist where required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing/Social team utilizing interpersonal skills that connect with a range of people inside and outside of the community.
  • Monitor websites and social feeds for all event and pricing updates, availability and messaging while communicating effectively in a timely manner to guests and employees on availability and tournaments.
  • Adhere to a long-term sales plan for the development of existing and future customer databases, weekly reports with superiors while maintaining and promoting a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff.
  • Complies with minimum requirements on all platforms while marketing & promoting events, adhering to the constantly evolving day to day schedule, requirements, performance.
  • Distribute event information internally to all related departments in advance of all events and promotions while working closely with marketing & Social staff increasing their sales and generating venue revenue..
  • Attend all applicable trainings, meetings, pre-shifts, check-ins, outreach, promotions with full knowledge of operating hours, staffing, menu selections and pricing, event availability and is responsible for the ESA's knowledge of the same.
  • Comply with marketing/Social & Sales schedules which includes but is not limited to: check ins, office time, meetings, visitations, outreach, work shifts, social media, phone shifts in a timely and efficient manner, follows up with all while constantly reviewing tournament numbers updating management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in high-volume service venue.
  • Previous experience with video games and online game play
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must have an advance knowledge in esports
  • Must have a deep seeded presence in an esports Community
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
