What you'll bring to the table:

• Strong leadership skills, including effective communication and the ability to keep a team motivated and on task, both locally and globally
• Experience working on global projects with teams from several different countries at once
• An acute attention to detail and a love for budgets
• Organizational skills that put Marie Kondo to shame
• You're a thinker and a tinkerer. You like to solve problems through analysis and evaluation of all possibilities
• The ability to communicate well with all levels of an organization, inside and out
• The flexibility of Gumby, since you'll be working with teams in a variety of time zones with varying priorities

What you'll do:

• Be the brain of the project, ensuring all moving parts have the right information to move at the right time to attain the end goal
• Develop project strategy with a clear understanding of the product and community to enhance the experience on all levels
• Plan and execute live events
• Work with the global team to make mega events come to life
