ESL is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join its Global Brand Partnerships team. The primary purpose of this role is to support the sponsorship sales team’s efforts to attract and retain clients worldwide. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be an integral member of the team with a responsibility for organizing and creating deliverables across the pre-sales and post-sales process. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong collaborator, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple tasks and clients at once. This position will include such tasks as pitch deck creation, research & analytics, pipeline reporting, invoicing, and some administrative support of the office.

This position supports ESL’s Global Brand Partnerships team in the New York office. As a Global office, the Brand Partnerships team works with partners and esports events across the world in sync with ESL’s offices in EMEA, APJ and Americas regions. As a member of this team, the Sales Operations Coordinator will lend crucial support at every point of the sales cycle. This position will report to the Associate Manager of Sales Operations.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate all process for ESL Sellers and Partner Managers, which includes: gathering assets, creating general and pitch materials, pulling reports, invoicing, helping with prospecting, end of campaign reports, along with other tasks.
  • Collaborate with global offices and associated design teams on general sales materials
  • Meet and discuss with sellers on client targets, KPIs, and creative to create effective pitch materials
  • Collaborate with international graphics department to source visuals for prospective clients
  • Collect pre- and post-event data and information for Sellers and Partner Managers to communicate to clients
  • Manage a project pipeline that caters to multiple sellers for a variety of clientele in a timely manner
  • Work with the Associate Manager of Sales Operations in the creation of client contracts and deliverables tracking
  • Manage relationships with data & insights partners
  • Organize client events and guest lists for U.S. and international tournaments
  • Follow industry news and reports to discover relevant information to communicate to clients
  • Work on invoices with the finance team, which includes a familiarity with internal systems and working relationship with finance team.
  • Manage vendors and administration for general office operation
  • Plan and manage special projects and other activities as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • BA required
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales organization
  • Knowledge of esports and gaming industry is a plus
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Animation/Motion Graphics knowledge is a plus
  • Skilled writer and communicator
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects without compromising an attention to detail
  • Propensity for independently managing workflow and multitasking
