ESL is looking for a Sales and Marketing Designer to join its Global Brand Partnerships team. The primary purpose of this role is to create internal- and external-facing materials to support the outreach of the sponsorship sales team. The Junior Graphic Designer will lend his or her artistry and skill to tell the story of ESL and esports to the Fortune 500 brands entering the space. The optimal candidate for this role will have a talent for modern design and information synthesis across both visual and statistical mediums. Ability to collaborate on materials with international offices and execute projects in a timely and organized manner are also crucial skills for this position.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the Associate Manager of Sales Operations to strategize the output of efficient and effective sales materials
  • Conceptualize and create materials that tell a strong story and convey salient details for prospective and existing brand partners
  • Communicate and incorporate the creative objectives and brand requirements of clients and internal stakeholders to deliver optimal materials
  • Translate ESL’s brand & values into unique and identifiable campaign visuals
  • Distill data points into simple and effective metrics and KPIs for presentation purposes
  • Edit or retouch visuals and renderings as necessary
  • Weave static imagery and video together in presentations
  • Manage a project pipeline that caters to multiple sellers for a variety of clientele in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with global offices and associated design teams on standardized brand templates and wide-reaching brand campaigns
  • Effectively cull resources of both informational and visual means from colleagues both local and global to enhance materials
  • Collect inspiration & resources for the further improvement of creative materials, independently offer suggestions on new and innovative design
  • Follow industry news and reports to discover relevant information to incorporate into materials
  • Receive and provide constructive feedback on projects & process

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • BA or BFA required, degree in Graphic Design or Art preferred
  • Minimum 2 years professional design experience
  • Robust portfolio that demonstrates ability & vision
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Animation/Motion Graphics knowledge is a plus
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Skilled writer and communicator
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects without compromising an attention to detail
  • Propensity for independently managing workflow and multitasking
