Your Future Tasks:

  • Develop brand driven top notch, high-level and long-term esports strategies that add value to global tier one brands, media and publisher partners
  • Initiate and ideate award winning creative ideas and concepts
  • Drive innovation by creating transformative growth strategies and ideas both for brands and for esports
  • Both lead and support multiple new business pitches to CMOs
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional, international team of esports experts, from product managers, marketing and account management teams as well as with our global sales teams in order to create the best solution
  • Inspire and challenge our creative teams and our business partners with uncovered information and distilling insights

Your Profile:

  • Level: At least Senior
  • At least 5 years of experience (no internships!) in developing brand- and communication strategies for international brands at a brand consulting firm or a top agency
  • Data and insight driven. Savvy in sourcing, analyzing & evaluating consumer, consumption and social trends as well as conducting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative research with the goal of deriving relevant brand and target group insights
  • Proficient in developing excellent creative springboards from insights and accompany the creative ideation process
  • Ideally experienced in comms or media planning
  • Ideally experienced in sponsoring and activation
  • Confident and to the point in creating pitchwinning storylines and presentations
  • Experienced in moderating workshops and focus groups
  • Impetus for topics related to brand, trends and benchmark cases
  • Positive, collaborative and problem-solving approach
  • Proficient in english
