Tasks & Responsibilities

• Work with the Group Data Protection Manager to maintain data protection compliance
• Hands-on support in developing and maintaining ESL‘s privacy strategy
• Create and manage policies, contracts and other legal documents required for dataprotection compliance
• Execute day-to-day operations in relation to matters such as incidents and data subjectrights
• Keep up to date in respect of legislative and regulatory changes and industry bestpractices and ensure that any changes are implemented appropriately in the company
• Act as a point of contact regarding data protection matters across all ESL companies
• Partner with all key business areas to ensure data protection issues are considered and implemented at the outset of new projects, products and initiative
• Assist in the development of metrics to monitor and manage data privacy processes
• Provide occasional support elsewhere in the MTG portfolio

Skills & Requirements

• German business law degree or comparable degree.
• Compliance or legal background useful, GDPR knowledge a key advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience from working in projects spanning a group of companies preferred
• Able to prioritize work and maintain composure and integrity under pressure
• Preferably certified (CIPP/E or equivalent)
