We are looking for an incredible commercially focused salesperson to drive our business to the next level. We want someone who has worked in a commercial environment in a games publisher, agency or esports team. You are on the first steps on your journey but want to make the jump to the next level and be part of the decision-making process.

We want someone to develop relationships. The primary focus of the role will be to work with our existing and future clients to devise, establish, grow and own strategic partnerships with existing and new brands seeking esports and gaming solutions. We want someone who can also help develop the company brand and build relationships with industry business leaders.

Strong relationships with brands and rights holders are at the core of the success of the Company. The successful person will be responsible for driving revenue and delivering against targets.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identifying and building relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Securing licenses and deals with brands and rights holders/athletes.
  • Creating pitches for specific business growth.
  • Driving new revenue for the business whilst also managing existing relationships.

Key questions to understand and develop:

  • What do brands want in this space?
  • What is our value proposition for them?
  • Who are the key brands that we want and need to work with so we can support their esports and grassroots efforts?
  • How do we get front and central to them?

Salary: €30,000 plus commission on sales + bonus
