The recruiting team is growing at Epic Games. We are looking for a well-experienced recruiter to take lead on full-cycle recruitment for our intern and early-career level technical talent across the organization. Partnering with the UR team, you will be challenged to develop a diverse pipeline and strategy for the future. We're just getting started! Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment of seasonal interns and early career talent within technical disciplines
  • Support multiples lines of business at Epic, develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Work with department leads to ensure that candidates and hiring strategies align with growth plans and quality bar
  • Manage clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide a world class experience for both applicants and the interns participating in the program
  • Create unique engagement strategies for critical talent pipelines, such as PhDs
  • Drive sourcing initiatives for underrepresented background within tech
  • Participate in virtual university recruitment events and campus travel
  • Support recruitment function and strategy internationally as program develops in scale and into new regions

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of technical recruiting within the tech or entertainment industry.
    • Preference to those who've done hiring for junior-level positions and worked with an early career talent market
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple roles across a variety of disciplines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience as a key contributor in a small, high-impact team
  • Ability to work independently, set goals, demonstrate good communication and follow-through
  • Prior experience recruiting with underrepresented backgrounds in tech
  • Prior experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Preference towards applicants with public speaking experience
  • Ability to travel about 25% of the time (once Epic can safely return to offices)
