Overview

Epic Games is looking to add to our Partnerships Strategy team, with a manager and/or analyst role. In this position, you will be working closely with business and functional leaders both on driving and developing larger consumer/business development initiatives but also on day-to-day execution of these initiatives and deals across our commercial business and product.

Key Roles Include

  • Lead research and monitoring of market/competitive landscape; influencing both product decisions and corporate development
  • Be a key team member partnering with executives and internal business leaders on structuring and driving strategic initiatives by assisting in the development of work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations
  • Manage day-to-day partnership group data insights regarding partnership value and impact. Create case studies and impact product vision with insights. Will include working closely with product management on event KPIs.
  • Drive opportunity sizing & strategic rationale for new commercial products
  • Assist in managing KPIs and operational structure of the partnership team
  • Assist in other key analysis and process work on enterprise-wide partnership negotiation and management

Requirements For The Position Include

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years work experience
  • Management consulting experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across different types of personalities and divisions
  • Ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors
  • Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to set goals and prioritize many initiatives
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
