Epic Games is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter whose focus will be on relationship building with both candidates and hiring managers in our Online Technology space. This is a unique opportunity to partner with one of Epic’s largest business verticals, encompassing our Store Platform, Game Services, Infrastructure, Online Services and Social. We’re rapidly expanding across all those teams, and are looking for people who are passionate about cultivating talent in that space!
Responsibilities
- Building and managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, prioritizing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, while building candidate pipelines that support team hiring goals
- Working in a consultative manner with hiring teams, to ensure they are making the best hiring decisions possible
- Managing full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
- Working with our sourcing team to enable them to surface the best possible candidates for high priority positions
- Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates in technical roles, across all levels of experience
Qualifications
- You have experience working in a scaling tech environment
- You are a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
- You are committed to excellence, and constantly self evaluate for areas of improvement
- You have the ability to manage through change and work independently
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple roles across a variety of disciplines and in a fast-paced environment
- You have demonstrated experience as a key contributor in a small, high-impact team
- You possess the ability to work independently, set goals, demonstrate good communication and follow-through
