Senior Salesforce Administrator

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Salesforce team in our Cary, NC location. The successful candidate will have a record of success improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. The administrator will work closely with stakeholders, other technical teams, subject matter experts and business analysts to deploy new business processes for sales, marketing, services, support, legal, finance, etc. The Salesforce Administrator will also be responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior system administrator for the Salesforce environment with 400+ internal users and thousands of external users
  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks
  • Design solutions to problems via declarative customizations utilizing the breadth of Salesforce’s offerings including Flow Builder, Process Builder, App Builder, formulas, custom objects, et al
  • Research and vet new tools and/or AppExchange add-ons to solve complex business problems
  • Construct documentation and coordinate/lead training when needed for change management purposes
  • Improve user experiences
  • Plan, implement and maintain complex security requirements
  • Prepare for each new Salesforce release to ensure smooth transition and identify any new functionality potentially beneficial to our implementation and user base
  • Provide clear view into the progress on the variety of projects on which you are working

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
