We are looking for a Purchasing Agent to join our team as a contractor. As a member of our finance team you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external partners to help Epic thrive.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors for best pricing options for Epic Games
• Help develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key metrics to internal customers
• Assist internal partners to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and systems
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  
  

Requirements

• Proven working experience as purchasing agent or officer
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
• Solid judgement and decision making skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• A knack for negotiation and networking
• Strong leadership capabilities
