Epic Games is looking for a contract Live Ops Production Assistant on Fortnite. In this position you will partner with teams across Epic to support Fortnite’s cosmetic item shop and deliver players a fun and engaging experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teams such as Product Management, Art, and Production to implement, test and release Fortnite’s cosmetic item shop schedule
• Coordinate requests for item shop display assets and localized copy
• Maintain and improve item shop tools, documentation and processes.
• Participate in and maintain records of merchandising strategy and planning discussions
• Work with Live Operations team to resolve player impacting issues involving the cosmetic item shop
• JIRA task/bug entry and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Experience executing sales, promotions and events on a live game
• Detail-oriented, flexible and have consistent follow-through
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
• Problem solving, tracking priorities, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment
