Epic Games is looking for a contract Playtest Coordinator who can coordinate and assist with our internal playtests.

Responsibilities:

• Working with other Playtest Coordinators, the Playtest lead, the UX team, and the team on which they are embedded (for example the Fortnite Battle Royale team) to identify playtest needs and carry out internal playtesting.
• Making sure that appropriate versions of the product being tested are available and functioning for relevant teams and the company.
• Clearly communicating when the playtesting will occur and encouraging people to take part and provide actionable feedback.
• Making sure the playtest runs smoothly.
• Taking notes during playtests, and then providing a summary of playtest feedback to the relevant teams.
• Making sure the playtest lab has what it needs and that the tech in the lab is working well and setup to match playtest needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past QA, playtest, or technical support experience.
• Excellent communicator.
• Organized.
