What you’ll do

As a Payout Operations Manager at Epic you will be responsible for delivering the best payout services to our partners, collaborating with production, development, design, player support, external vendors and leading operations to run processes, implement and align policies, review and refine products and services all in continuous alignment with a vision and strategic roadmap. You are responsible for driving better customer experience through disciplined analytics and experimentation. You will enforce the vision and the ‘WHY’ for existing products and services and their operations, overcome the operational challenges with creative solutions, and always seek for the optimization for all processes and governance.

In this role, you will

  • Own - Payout operations for Epic partners in all programs including competitive, support-a-creators, and enterprise & developers as well as any products and services that enable higher quality operations in payout.
  • Collaborate and project manage - With stakeholders such as business, engineering, design, publishing, player support and external vendors, manage the project and operations to ensure continuous alignment on the vision and the roadmap of the payout operations, solve problems and strive for continuous improvement. Listen carefully and decide what is the most important aspect of the products and services .
  • Execute - Become an owner for the results of the payout operations. Use KPIs and conduct overlapping, multivariate experiments, to better understand behavior patterns/trends, and iterate to enhance the operations using solutions in products, services, processes and policy. Identify new opportunities for products and services, optimize current processes and operations, and create new ways of doing things.

What we’re looking for

  • 5 - 10 years of payment operation experience, in game industry or fintech industries
  • Quantitative background (STEM degree, prior analytics work experience, etc.)
  • Passionate about doing the right thing, not afraid to say NO and knowing how to take calculated risks to create maximum impact
  • Experience driving high volume international payment operations, both enterprise and individuals
  • Experience in working with minors and U-13 audience
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and operating with creativity in compliance framework
  • Ability to create solutions using technology, process and policies and execute
  • Drive consensus with clever, thoughtful, and kind people as a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
