What You’ll Do

Epic Games is looking for an HR Data Analytics and Compensation Lead to support our HR and Recruiting teams. In this role you will be responsible for standing up the Epic Games HR/Recruiting Data Analytics program as well lead a variety of compensation/HR operations initiatives to continue to build a world class Epic Games infrastructure.

In this role, you will

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of Epic Games HR and Recruiting Data Analytics Program. Includes partnering with Data Analytics, Workday, HR and Recruiting teams to develop compelling dashboards, predictive analytics and a strategy to ensure Epic is tracking to their HR and Recruiting goals
  • Support Compensation Initiatives with the ability to take on complete projects or segments of broad based and executive compensation design and management. Projects could include regular market analysis, structure evaluation and design, incentive plan design, development of training/coaching materials for HR Partners, Recruiters and Leaders
  • Support the development and implementation of Epic's internal HR data architecture by partnering with Workday team to help configure the HRIS system in a way that supports effective job/level management, data reporting and analytics, financial reporting, performance management grouping
  • Take on major projects as needed within the broader HR Operations function to continue to build a world class HR infrastructure - projects could include total global remuneration strategy development, strategic workforce planning, program effectiveness and streamlining

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing advanced analytic capabilities in the HR/Recruiting space
  • Direct experience in design, development and implementation of compensation programs (base, incentives)
  • Experience in client consulting with the ability to assess leaders business need and translate to an HR analysis
  • Ability to educate and facilitate effective decision making across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated advanced excel experience
  • HRIS systems design and development experience
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with confidential data and business information and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a trusted/strategic adviser relationship with all departments
  • Demonstrated the ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges is required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives
  • Experienced in delivering department and business-focused solutions based on the best interest and needs of the business
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, proven ability to prioritize and deliver results on time. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while remaining focused on detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
