What You'll Do

Epic Games is searching for an experienced marketing leader to drive the growth of our Creator Marketplace business which provides powerful platforms for creators to thrive in the Metaverse economy and beyond. You’ll be leading and growing teams across our ArtStation, Quixel, Sketchfab, and UE Marketplace businesses to grow and engage a community of digital artists and experienced creators.

In This Role You Will

  • Oversee all B2B product marketing for the Creator Marketplace, ArtStation, and Sketchfab, leading an existing team and coordinating with other internal and external resources
  • Develop user acquisition strategy and manage ongoing execution and optimization in partnership with the central media team at Epic Games. Epic Games central media buying team
  • Develop and execute customer retention and growth strategy, leveraging all engagement channels, promotions, and offers to increase AOV and Customer LTV
  • Drive social and community engagement
  • Customer lifecycle planning, management and optimization across all brands
  • Develop and grow best in class marketing team
  • Work with multiple internal stakeholders, including product management and marketing peers on Unreal Engine and Fortnite teams

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline preferred
  • 10+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy with demonstrated success growing a creator ecosystem
  • Consistent demonstrated success crafting brand strategy utilizing analytics to evaluate brand performance and opportunities
  • Experience leading end to end customer lifecycle marketing teams
