Epic Games is looking for a CRM Coordinator to join the player lifecycle team. You’ll work cross-functionally with product stakeholders to execute communications campaigns around in-game events, store releases, player lifecycle, and more.

The ideal candidate is operations-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality, process adherence, and implementation of best practices. This candidate can support the various initiatives happening at once across the Epic ecosystem.

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Tracking and implementing asset delivery (including design and copy) across multiple channels such as in-game messaging, push notifications, email and web / launcher toasts
  • Setting up campaigns appropriately, including audience generation, formatting / optimization, personalization and dynamic segments
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are tested, reviewed, and QA’d
  • Generating reports for internal stakeholders and partners based on campaign performance KPIs

The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Working history of planning and implementing marketing/CRM campaigns
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Expertise in creating customer segments through various customer attributes
  • Experience setting up triggered / automated communications based on user behavior, e.g., account sign-up, product use, purchase habits
  • Basic to intermediate level of HTML knowledge for frontend development
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • A passion for games and / or 3D software and technology
