What you’ll do

As the Epic Games Store Creative Director, you will utilize your deep understanding of content distribution platforms to challenge assumptions and implement elegant solutions. You’ll think holistically about complex systems, blend form with function, and prototype often to craft a topflight ecommerce experience. Our Creative Director will wear many hats - managing creative vision for our clients, leading and managing a team of designers to execute work, and most importantly rolling up his/her sleeves to pitch in and produce work.

In this role, you will

  • Be a design and thought leader for the Epic Games Store experience
  • Conceive and design useful product features and marketing communications for both gamers and third-party developers
  • Collaborate with production, development, marketing, and design to implement features and campaigns
  • Own the experience end-to-end

What we’re looking for

  • A deep understanding of content distribution platforms in general
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • A hands-on/lead by example approach to design leadership
  • Proven experience designing ecommerce or marketplace products
