About the Role

We are looking for a customer service focused Sales Enablement and Advertising Insights Manager with media experience to work to support the advertising sales team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team to support sales in meeting its goals and providing excellent customer service to clients.

You Will:

Proposal Management

  • Build proposals, bringing together all the necessary elements, coordinating all of the elements of the custom or unique pitch components including concept, strategies, and organizing execution
  • Produce all pre-sale documents including PowerPoint presentations, proposals and agency templates for distribution
  • Be a consultative and creative partner to internal and external clients to develop meaningful custom solutions
  • Work with all the necessary teams internally to ensure that the elements of the plan have been vetted and approved
  • Create mock-ups and screen-shots for clear deliverables to client
  • Work with other members of the sales team to secure requested offerings and work out win-win solutions if there are requests for competing offerings
  • Work with the finance team on any new client approvals
  • Enter IO into Order Management System
  • Verify accuracy of Internal IO and client insertion order
  • Be client-facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Clarify any questions Production may have about the campaign

Client Management

  • Support pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system
  • Keep Sales informed of all important issues, updated and data associated with pre-sales efforts
  • Attend local meetings when requested to assist Sales with clients
  • Help Sales build solid relationships by planning and occasionally attending industry events
  • Keep Sales in the loop on any issues that occur once the campaign is live
  • Prepare all wrap-up reports to include delivery reports from operations, screenshots, and context/commentary around general success of campaign and lessons learned
  • Provide highest level of customer service to clients, as an essential point person for custom content and ad projects
  • Manage custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered
  • Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
  • Keep sales apprised of all essential issues, updated and relevant data throughout campaign process
  • Work with Production to troubleshoot live campaigns
  • Provide clients with campaign reporting and wrap up decks.
  • Run weekly or ad hoc reports for campaigns & clients
  • Lead the development of branded custom content campaigns to ensure content is created to meet client expectations
  • Verify monthly deliverables to produce invoices with Finance teams accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Engine Media's site features and ad units

Data Analysis

  • Advise clients and our teams on the development of measurement solutions & learning agendas for campaigns
  • Establish client goals and campaign tracking efforts for key programs
  • Present measurement results to clients in partnership with Sales and Client Success teams and establish insights and best practices for accounts and verticals

You Have:

  • 3+ years of digital media experience
  • Previous sales or agency experience
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Sponsorship sales support experience with esports and gaming knowledge
  • Knowledge base of all syndicated measurement as it pertains to the advertising industry (Comscore, Nielsen, etc)
  • Background with media measurement tools and methodology from Brand Lift to Attribution
  • 4+ years of domain experience in performance and growth marketing, in the consumer internet space

  • Experience working in the media department for a major advertising agency
  • Gamer with passion and understanding of Engine Media and UMG Gaming
