Job responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend new partnership and business opportunities
- Coordinate with external potential business partners and determine possible business collaboration models
- Explore opportunities for entertainment and esports related campaigns, services, sponsorships and advertising to bring in incremental opportunities
- Prepare investment proposals, business plans, presentations, sales materials, financial modelling, budget and cost-benefit analysis
- Conduct proactive follow up to ensure smooth business development process through effective support to prospect development, proposal and presentation writing
- Grasp timely market intelligence updates, share market offerings and trends with internal teams to ensure market competitiveness
- Develop and build long term relationships with business partners and target customers
- Represent the company at industry, customer and partner events to promote company services
- Assist senior management to engage internal stakeholders to line up resources across functions to support the achievement of our commercial objectives
- Involve in ad hoc projects and exercises
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with more than 4 yearsβ experience in business development preferably in entertainment, esports/gaming, advertising, brand building, marketing research, business consulting or business analytics
- Knowledge in entertainment/esports business, strong network in entertainment/esports industry or good relationship with large corporates are advantageous
- Solid experience in preparing business proposals and presentations
- Strong business insights, commercial and market sense
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- Passionate, energetic with drive character
- Occasional travel is required when necessary
